Having trouble figuring out this question. Does the car literally have no wires in it? and you're wanting to drive it that way?
You can get a standalone ECU like microsquirt, MS2, MS3, or PIMP that comes with an EFI harness so you just solder up all your sensor connectors, injector connectors, etc. at the correct lengths and make a small relay circuit to power it all up (fuel pump, IAC, ECU, everything). This doesn't tie into any other harnesses on the car, and will fully control the engine. Doesn't require MAF if you go this route either.
