Battery Relocate

I did a lot of searching about this and I know this has been talked about plenty. All the previous threads have great info but the diagram images can't be opened or viewed. The old threads are also very controversial and quite confusing. So, I figured I would start this thread in hopes that I get correction if needed. Here is what I got so far. Am I missing anything or should I make changes? Thanks!

you need a good engine ground as well as body ground, the engine ground must carry starter current

a kill switch to the ecm kam, will be lost and the ecm will need to 'relearn' after power is restored

Do this. There is nothing controversial about it.
