1989 Turn signals not working

Hey everyone,

I have a 89 gt vert, I installed new headlights and decided to try to upgrade to LED lights. I ordered all the bulbs and a new CF13 JL-02 flasher for LED. Installed everything and then BAM! nothing worked. Installed old flasher relay lights come on but no flash (due to low resistance I'm sure). So I thought maybe I had a China eBay special flasher relay, so I ordered another one. Installed today and nothing works again. No lights come on, nothing.

What am I doing wrong? Plugged the new flasher in with the 2 pin connector, grounded the E pin. It should work based on everything I have read. The old flasher relay was a light blue color under the dash near the steering column.

Any thoughts?
