What connector is this!? Can I just cut it from harness?

Hey guys I am redoing my wiring and want to tuck or get rid of wires I don't need. What is this funky connector? It looks like it had a cap on it or something. Theres tons of wires going into it. It's on the driver side.

It's a 1992 LX . It's just weird because all these wires are going into the connector, but it seems like there is no way to plug it into something. It has like an OEM cap on it. Really weird. Only letters I made out on the connector are EPC

It is probably the connector for factory installed fog lights.

I would not cut it .
It is tied into your high beams .
Just tuck it back out of sight .
That cap i believe has a jumper in it , maybe not, as i have not looked at one in quite a while .
I no longer have a stock fox mustang , ( Cobra Swap )
You may need to join 2 wires to replicate that plug.
I always prefer to not cut things out , with out knowing what it is , and if tbere will be unintended
consequences .
If you cant see it with the hood open , leave well enough alone .
