Wiring Gurus needed

I've been studying this crap for a while and finally made out a couple of wiring diagrams for my setup. They're basically the same except for the way the alternator is ran. I like the two post method but the four post method keeps popping up in my research as well. I know about possible spike surge and running direct the battery. I made a second just to see what the four post method would look like but not sure I want to risk frying my fuse/dis box through the solenoid. Any opinions are appreciated and if you see a problem with any of the other setup let me know. I'm about ready to dig into this cluster fvck. Thanks

@indy2000 you mean like this? Ditch the trigger from the alternator and put the main wire on solenoid

like this,,,,,and don't forget to fuse all 'cept the starter feed.

the alt will not charge without a sensing circuit, or is this one wire?

looks good except that amp, should be on the switched side

I am not sure about your fuse sizes, as that is determined by the actual wire size you use..

also, I believe you will need a bulb on the charging circuit......just like factory, in order for the sense wire to work.

Okay I'll put the amp back on the switch and check into the bulb for the alternator sense wire. Thanks! That helped a lot
