A9L pin 37 vs 57

Both pins are stated to be vehicle power, but is there any difference between the two?
I am wiring up a USSHIFT controller and the instructions state to splice into the EEC switched power wire. but I wanted to double check before hacking up a factory harness.

I also plan on installing a 7 circuit panel to run all of my gauges and could run this power wire to that I suppose, but I will still need a switched power source for the 7 relays.

Questions:
any difference between pin 37 and 57?
should I wire the controller to one of the 37/57 wires?
should I wire the controller into my painless 7 circuit panel and just use pin 37/57 to switch on the 7 relays?
