Not sure if EEC fried or Fuel Pump (Moved from 94/95 Tech)

The EEC Fuse in the Engine Compartment Blew and the Fuel Pump, not the fan will turn on (I can make them turn on if I push my Tweecer into the EEC too far). So what Do you guys think, How can I tell if the CCRM is gone???? I've looked ALL over the corral and nobody has said how to tell if the CCRM is bad.

Thanks,
Pete
