Are these signs of a bad CCRM?

I have been noticing for the last few months, that my A/C has been working intermittenly. Cools, then the air starts to get kinda warm. I would turn it off for a few minutes, and when I turned it back on, it was cool again. Last night I get in, and take a quick ride, and the temp skyrockets. I find that my fan is not running at all. I hooked a 12 volt battery to the fan itself, and it did run, so I figure my fan is fine. Is it my CCRM? I know that my fuel pump still seams to be working fine. Isnt that controlled by the CCRM also? Let me know your thoughts.
