Question How many amps does stock fan pull?

Anyone know how many amps the stock fan pulls?

i beleive my friend put a 30 amp toggel swich on his so i say no more then 30, soorry if this isnt accurate

Based on the fact that the bearings on these fans are notoriously faulty, I would say they draw much more than they (or the components which serve it) are designed to handle.

I am going to replace my fan altogether.

My plan involves, pending research, relocating my overflow tank and modifying the sensor to fit, and installing an aftermarket fan.

If anyone has done this already, please share.

I havent done it but I have been looking at replacing the stock with a Hayden running off its own adjustable temp switch.
