can someone tell me which of the three wires running to the clock can be used for dimming the gauge light?

the plug to the clock has four wires..a ground wire and three others.
anyone know which one it is??

Take 12 volt Fluke meter and touch one of the three wires then turn the lights on. Twist to dim, if you get nothing move to the next, then the last. One will decrease in voltage as you dim. There you go.

I don't remember the color of the wire, but I used a 12V test light and probed the wires till I found the one that went on\off & dim with the lights.
