One Touch Module problem?

My 94 Cobra's driver side window motor bushings broke, so I replaced the motor (just the motor, regulator was fine). The replacement motor works smoothly, however when the "one touch down" is depressed the window hits the bottom of the track and the motor keeps running. (clack, clack, clack as the motor gear slips on the regulator rack)

Is there a way to reset the one touch module so that it knows when to stop?

It appears that there are a lot of knowledgeable people on this site.
