Fog light won't work on my 90 GT

I just repainted my car and after putting it all back together now the fog lights won't work, I checked the fuse and it looks good, the car has been sitting in my garage for about 11 months and I am pretty sure they were working fine before I took the car apart, the wires appear to be plugged completely but I have not checked anything with a volt meter yet, anyone else have problems with their fog lights? This is a 1 owner car, I bought it new in Nov.1989 so I know the wiring has not been messed with other than a CD player in place of the stock radio. Do the Fog Light switches go bad often? Any help on where to start checking would be appreciated.

Headlight switches are a known fox GT problem.

I recommend doing the fog light fix ASAP for any GT owner.

1987-1993 GT Foglight Fix

Now, I don't know that your problem is going to be related to the switch. After you do the fix, you will need to turn them on and see if there is power going to the fog lights. If there isn't, then you will probably need to track down a wiring issue.

I checked and had power to the foglights, after moving the dimmer switch back and forth a few times the drivers side started working so I moved the dimmer some more and they both work now. I had not had any problems before with the foglights but after the car sat in the garage for almost a year they didn't work, must have built up some corrosion on the switch. I'll check into the fix you mentioned, couldn't hurt to do that. Thanks
