94 mustang press lock button dome turns on???

So just for piece of mind i will tell everything thats happened leading to this.

everything worked fine.
engine took a dump, pulled motor and labeled EVERYTHING removed.
finished new motor and reinstalled. since its turbo'd and i've changed some things, i removed the ecu and pulled the chip to identify what we need to make a new chip for the new motor parts.

ecu is still out but yesterday i hooked up the battery to grab a cd out of the deck and messing with things i noticed that when you hit the lock button on driver OR passenger door the dome light comes on and the trunk realeases.

Its never done this before, has an aftermarket alarm that doesnt work. so i unplugged and removed it and its still doing it.

i dont understand, i've not changed anything at all and now it's doing this.....has anyone had this happen before??

i have a wiring guy that is going to come look at it in a few weeks when i dig the car out of the corner but until then i wanted to try and find a direction to go in.

Thanks

Problem solved!!! i had the ECU out so the 3 large plugs by the ECU were also unplugged. put computer back in today to fire the car up, plugged all 3 back together and no more issue. Weird
