I go to start my car today and there's no power to anything. My battery is charged and I have power at the solnoid, just nothing is coming on, no fuel pump lights or anything. It's a 89 gt

Begin by checking your fuse links at the solenoid.

All your fuselinks originate at the solenoid. Use the link above to get started.

Ok I'll check those out. Is it possible that one of those going bad could disrupt power to the whole car?

You mean it can be frustrating to find which one is blown? Or it's just frustrating in general?

Check along the power cable. There is a wire with a fusible link inline. I believe the wire was black/yellow on my old fox and causing the same problems. The connection came loose over the years.

The yellow and the black/orange wire should have 12V. The yellow feeds the ign sw 12V. The Black/orange wire is from the alternator I think. Been awhile since I've messed with my wiring.

From the ign sw, it transfers power to the fuse block. So start with the fusible links as stated before. They are all within 1' of the starter solenoid. Just look at them, a blown fusible link usually isn't pretty. The wire will be charred and wrinkly.
