Check engine light HELP!!!

Ok so I have an off road X pipe and I have the code P0156 on. I have the MIL eliminators. So aren't they supposed to shut that light off or will it come on if the O2 sensors are bad. Please help I am trying to sell this car and don't want that stupid light on.

I am not sure what the mil eliminator is. But most likely the PCM is detecting an open circuit in the o2 heater.

It's the Malfunction Indicator light eliminators when you have an off road h pipe. So as far as the open circuit where do I start and how do I check for such things. I checked the plugs out and the one plug is burnt a little but the wires look good.

Any ideas? I tried swapping sensors to see if the code would change but the right sensor would not come out then i checked the codes after I put the left one back in and now i have codes for both sensors. P0156-P0141-P0131 i think those are the right codes. Should I try and buy new sensors?
