Unhappy DCC fk50 controller!

I have a Dcc fk50 controller installed with my markv111 electric fan! I have been running this for about 3 months now. Question i have is that now my fan quit working. I tested the fan by jumping from the battery and it spins. I also put a volt meter (with the key on) to the ground and power in on the controller and am getting juice to the controller. I then put the +post on the volt meter to the power out on the controller and got nothing at all. so is my controller gone bad or what? I have power going onto the controller, but no power going out from the controller! again the fan works VIA being jumped real quick from the battery. could I contact DDC controller and see what they will do with a replacement? if so does anyone have the phone number or direct web address? Thanks for your help......

Check your sensor. Most of the time the sensor comes out of the radiator and doesn't trigger the fan.

controller!

I did check the sensor and it is still installed between the fins! The dcc controller and fan was working great! then now no power from the dcc controller. I have power going to the unit, but no power coming from the unit! my fuses are good, wiring is good! again tested it with a volt meter....good for power going in. not good for power going out. I am wondering if the sensor went bad! maybe the unit(power out is bad) not sure

Check the sensor harness with an ohm meter. Cold and hot. The ohms should change. I think he has the ohms vs temperature on his web site.
