88 GT under driver side dash wiring help. Identification.

Trying to restore an 88 GT, 5-speed. The previous owner put an 89 wiring harness in, and changed most of the interior, so I'm not 100% psoitive that all of the under dash wiring is OEM..but I'm not sure why he would haev changed any of that.

Anyway..the dash and ALL wiring was out of car. I put the dash back in, and most thigns are plugged up, but a few wires look they they got pulled out of the connectors (de-pinned)...nightmare!

Anyone have any idea how/where I can read about info on tracing/fixing these?

I think..THINK..they are all for plugs that go into the steering column..anyone have any pictures of this so i can compare? And I have one plug int he drivers side kick pnale that I cant fin anything it should plug too..I need to get a pic of that.

Looks like that connector might be for the convertible top circuit. It would connect the convertible top switch to the up/down relays. The BK/Y wires in the top right of the picture are for the convertible top circuit breaker.

So that wiring was in all harnesses even if the car wasn't a convertible? Which mine isn't obviously.

I'm not positive about the one in kick panel, but I know I have the BK/Y wires dangling above the steering column in my hatch. Also the yellowish connector just to the left of the BK/Y wires in the background is only used in the 2.3L for the electric fan. No matter what model you have you'll probably have some dangling harnesses.
