Question Fox Fog Light Bulbs

Can i use a 100w fog light buld on this method if i wire it by this link below or will my car catch on fire? Should i go to a 55w bulb?

I'd personally rather be safe than sorry. Even with the rewire, there is still a lot of current running through to power a bulb that big.

The factory made the mistake of running a wire gauge too small for the current.

As long as you don't make that same mistake during the rewire you won't have a problem with 100w bulbs burning up wires.

I don't know how well the fog light housings will hold up though.

sent back my 100w 5k bulbs & gettin the 55w 5k bulbs,foglight rewire is done,just waitin on bulbs...thanx guys
