Please HELP , I can not secure my Mustang

I put a new MSD cap, rotor, FR RED wires, MSD Coil, and new starter Cycloid (Broke the old one changing the coil. The one on the drivers fender) I have a 93 GT Convertible and the power windows and locks want work at all. I looked at all the wires, pulled every fuse , the Fuse box diagram said #14 for power windows is a block fuse cant tell by looking at it. I have this huge gaping hole bc all the windows are done. Please any advise would be great, my Haynes manual was worthless. The car is also making a funny electrical weird noise that goes away about 3 seconds after start.......

all the wires that attach to the solenoid go to the positive cable from the battery and the only wire that doesn't go on that same post is the one that goes to the starter.

That little metal block is the circuit breaker for your locks and windows.
