Angry any tips on how to disconnect stubborn connectors

I’m cleaning up some wiring around the cage and can’t disconnect some big connectors that are located on the driver’s side foot well and don’t wanna damage them…

also you could make some small wedges out or plastic so you can lift the tab up only as high as it needs to go. that way you can get a good grip on the connectors and pull them apart. some lube in there helps. I always just take my time wiggling them until they break free and go from there. just don't pull on the wires at all, bad things happen then.
