rollbar

we put 2X3 connectors thru the floor with pieces going from the connector to the rocker and welded to the area that kicks up for the rear seat area and weld the hoop to these, then we drill a 1/4" hole thru the upper tork boxes, from the inside drill a 2 1/2" hole(with a holesaw) thru the layer of floorpan only, this exposes the tork box. weld the torkbox to the floorpan, weld the 1/4" hole then put a piece of 1 1/4 X.065 tubing from the hoop just below the crossbar to the tork box. This gives you additional triangulation and keeps the torkbox from ripping out of the car.
