Adjustable spring perch?

Will raising or lowering these on my control arms affect my 60 foot times? And if so is lower or higher usually the better way to go?

Thanks
Shaun

doin this raises and lowers your body, which changes your instant center, you need to plot out your suspension geometry to find out whether you need to raise or lower it to get the geometry where it needs to be.
