nhra rulebook regarding fuel lines.
I'm not running braided lines, i'm running aeroquip socketless woven fuel lines, front to back
NHRA (2002) rulebook states this is an approved line, as does eric from mopac.
Then rulebook states no more than 12" can be non metal/steel braided,
then it says that any line that isn't steel braided must have a 18" pipe surrounding it while passing the flywheel/flexplate...
So is it saying I wasted $300 on fuel lines ? or is it saying that the areoquip socketless is approved and therefor can replace steel braided line ? or what.
is the 2003 rulebook any different ?
