Should fit fine.

What possible fitment issues should i expect? Is there a better way to fit this size tire?

Nothing a big f$&@ing hammer can’t fix on the inner wheel wells. No quad shocks. May have to roll the fender lips, which is easy using the baseball bat method.
That being said, you should be ok with the fitment. Just throwing out ideas.

Stock block 306, V1 T-trim, AFM B-451 cam, TFS Twisted Wedge, Holley Systemax, A1000, Snow Meth, TKO 600, Team Z, Strange, MM, Lakewood and Moser helps me go forward fast.

I ran mt 255/60/15 on an 8" rim, no quadshock but no fender mods. I had to beat the wheel wells when I put on Hoosier QTP 27/11.5/15.

With absolutely no modifications (quad shocks in factory location) I was able to run a 245/60/15 Cooper Cobra on the stock 15in. ten hole rim.

I currently use a 275/60/15 Nitto NT555R Drag Radial on a 15in. centerline auto drag. I previously used the same tire but sized in 275/50/15. Still was able to use KYB quad shocks with both tires, although I did have to flip the quad shocks and tap the fender lips "a bit" to prevent rubbing.

A larger tire will fit under there, but I'll probably have to remove the quad shocks and start banging at the inner fender wells.

247rwhp / 282ft.lbs.
