Shock/Strut Adjustment

I'm close to having everything done on my engine and I am hoping to hit the track before it closes for the season. My tuner says I have a combo that's good for 12's but I know it takes more than a good engine to run that number.

One of the big issues is my car has been lowered and the ride is super stiff. I do however have adjustable Tokico shocks and struts. The problem is I have the tool but that's it. I am not familiar with them and I have no instructions. Can someone advise me on adjusting these?

If your drag racing it with a stiff suspension you need as much help as you can get to achieve as much weight transfer as possible. Adjust your front struts loose and the rear shocks soft.
