Need help with 60ft

I have been going to the track all year and working on getting my car dialed in but I cannot get better then a 1.55 60ft. I have attached video and any help is greatly appreciated. Motor is a dart347 with a novi 2000. I was using transbrake and leaving at 4000. Suspension is qa1 struts in front with team z coil over spings and rear is team z upper and lower arms with eibach drag launch springs strange shocks and a comp engineering anti-roll bar. Tires are 28 11.50 et street r tires and I have a 4:10 gear. I have tried all different air pressure from 18-14 and same 1.55 60ft. Any help is really appreciated as going on saturday and was really hoping to get below a 1.5 60.

I have a video but I cannot attach can someone do it for me I can email it.

Is the problem spin or are you dead hooking?

Video posted

I went off the footbrake that was like 3000 rpm and car did a 1.54 60ft time. I have transbrake in my msd box and tried 3500 and 4000 and same thing. This was first time using brake. Rest of summer I have been going and just getting used to the car started with a 1.9 60 and have worked down.

My plan after reading on here is to add some pre-load to antiroll bar as car twists and check the pinion angle again as I am pretty sure it is negative 2. Any advice greatly appreciated as I am going next saturday for last time and would really like a nine second slip.

All the pinion angle will do is change U-joint bind. It won't affect the hook at all unless a U-joint is binding or you roll the rear end so much you change arm angles a little.

You could have other problems, like the converter, but if you start putting power down having the nose so low is not going to be helpful at all.

Get a fast frame video of the car launching close enough to see the tires and everything up close. Then slow the video down and see what is really happening.

You think I should raise the front and do you think I should adjust anti roll bar a little. I will also try to get a better video of car.

What I see in the video is you hit the tires, the front comes up and right back down. Buy some strange single adjustable struts, reasonable price and work well

Edit. Just retread your original post. See you have qa1 struts. Can you tighten the compression to keep the front from dropping so quick.

Suspension

I can try that for sure and then I will raise the front of the car a little as I looked at pics of other cars and mine is lower for sure. I am going to add some pre-load to anti roll bar and see what happens have to wait until next weekend as it is going to rain on Saturday.

Results

I am not running a front sway bar. The track prep was not the best but I ended the year going 6.18 at 116 with a 1.6 60ft time. Over winter I am going to try and fix the rear suspension and get the Mickey Thompson Pro radial Tires and get rid of my Mickey Thompson bias ply r Tires that I have now. I also want to get rid of the Eibach Pro-kit springs and install solid upper bushings in the rear end housing as I have rubber ones now. I want to get the Team z rear springs as well and install C-clip eliminators.
