pinion angle

I run southside non adjustable uppers. does adjustable uppers make a real world difference at the track?

Power level, tire, stick or auto, weight, shocks will all make a difference, but yes, they can make a difference.

just as said, depending on power levels and height etc

They let you center the tires left to right, and setting pinion angle properly can take stress off the rear U-joints.

If everything is centered right they are not going to make it faster or hook better just by being adjustable.
