Help picking front coil-over

My car is a 88 fox drag car, its street legal but never see the street. I have Lakewood 90/10 and upr coilover kit with 12-250 springs I also have a set of 14-175 springs. Car is lowered quiet a bit now. Never been on scales but id say 2800lb, 347,pg, small small tire car(26x8 pro radials) question is, will one of the 2 sets of springs I have work or do I need others

I would not run a 12" 250# spring on a drag car...the 14" 175# will work, but a lighter spring like a 14" 130# spring will help out a lot more with a car around your weight.

Worked well for my combo ^^^^. I have AJE K and arms, and bouht the coilovers from them. It was a street/strip car at the time and so they suggested 14x170's. When it became a drag only car I read up and switched to 14x130's. Car weighs 2780 and race weight is 3000 on the nose. Details in sig.

These: QA1 High Travel Coil-Over Springs 14HT130 - Free Shipping on Orders Over $99 at Summit Racing The High Travel makes them a bit unique and well suited for a drag racing application.

Made a big difference in my launch. Went from high 1.5 sixtys to low 1.5's and carried the front wheels about 25' about 3" up. Just about perfect I would say.

99 coupe. C4/8 5000 stall w/2003 Mach crate motor FRPP stock N/A, Kooks LT's and X,dumps no muffs. 4.56's

Coincidence. A convenient and overused word for the mentally lazy.
