Southside Lift Bars without brackets?

Anyone used lift bars without the rear axle brackets that change the instant center? Just wondering if the angle of the spring perch messes with spring travel or ride quality I guess.

I've done it. It jacks the rear up quite a bit. Even with lowering springs the rear end sits almost as high as stock. Ride quality felt fine.

It changes the IC. My car wouldn't work with them set up the way they were supposed to be so I swung them out of the way. Sits sky high even with a coil cut out of my stock rears, but it dead hooked spraying my 275 mickeys a 200 hit.

Thanks for the reply. My car actually sits a little low in the rear with the 4 cyliinder springs so a little more height will help make room for some tire. Trying to work on some issues before the 351 goes in.
