8 to 10 point conversion cage

Who's 8 to 10 point conversion cage are you guys using ? Does the s&w or comp engineering one go through the speaker holes I don't want them to come in front of the dash.

I like the Wolfe cages and would try them first if I wanted a mail order kit/conversion. If I remember right, they do offer the 8-to-10

to do it right...

cut out the bar and start over

bars need to be 1.75" inch tube
cage is 1.625"

mine was done by Jeffers pro cars here in Missouri. will need to check the tubing size they used.will check it tonight thanks for the info.

I agree with this...I went through this same thing about a year ago. I thought about trying to convert my bar to a cage to save money, but I knew I wouldn't be happy with it in the long run. I finally removed the 6-point and started over with a chromoly cage and I am so glad that I did. Doing it right the first time is extremely important when it comes to your chassis. It is costly and time consuming and you won't want to have to revisit it anytime soon.
