Damn thats nice, tell us about it. Turbo car I take it?
I appreciate it. Its a 200 inline six bored .060 over, custom cam, Quickfuel 2 barrel set up for blowthru and a Buick GN turbo. It made 280hp/320tq to the wheels on a really sorry tune (blew headgasket on that pull). I imagine itll put right at 300rwhp at 15-17psi this spring when I sort a few things out. I daily drove it thru highschool and college up till I bought the 90 and when I sort out the latest headgasket adventure Ill put the truck away and start driving the 66 again. Stock Felpro gaskets just dont like boost higher than about 10psi LOL.

Looks sick with the intercooler up front, the rims make it look the best just bc if you look at it from the side its just a 66 mustang and when you look up front its a 66 turbo mustang lol

Im in the middle of a 5 lug swap so the fronts are disc brakes with 5 lug, but the stock 4 lug rear sits out back still lol. I like the black steelie look, and have even considered slappin the stock wire hubcaps back on it to fool with people but the look it has right now is pretty slick. Eventually ill complete the rear end and look for some decent wheels/tires.

Which is the street car?

For a minute I thought that was the car at the top of the site.

Yeah 28's. They were a set a 325/50 Mickeys but now I have a set of 275/60 Goodyear SS DR's. They are a lot softer and hook a lot better than MT's

Damn, that's sexy. I need to get some decent pics of my 'vert. Hate it for you guys who have to hide 'em from the season changes, but I love it down here in The House that Mickey Mouse built. 12 months of track time for the win!

True daily driver. I put about 15,000 mi a year on it (when it ain't broken). 2.3 Lima SVO engine, T5, intercooled, 3" exhaust. Kinda fun especially in the late fall/winter/early spring when temps are cold. When it hits, there is no controlling it in 1st and 2nd gears. Needs paint but can't afford paint, that and it's TOUGH finding a shop in this immediate area who's interested in doing anything but insurance repairs. Might sell it as-is with a bunch of spare 2.3T parts. And yes, it is a TRUE daily driver. I drive it every single day, rain, snow, sleet, ice, sun, hot, cold it don't matter. Good heat and cold a/c.
