To adjust..or not to adjust..that is the ?

I will be piecing together mys tang over the next few months. Suspension is one area i never really go serious about in any of my other stangs. My 02gt had Steeda uppers and lower but non adjustable. With this new projecty it will be a street/strip car. Im going for high to mid 12's on motor with high 11's on spray. Nothing extreme, but Im considering going with adjustable UCA's/LCA's. I know NOTHING about them,as far as adjusting them..knowing whats right..whats wrong...maybe i should just stick with non adjustable ones.

Is it pretty much trial and error to adjusting them or is there a baseline sweet spot? Either way im NOT speding a huge amount of money on suspensons parts. Right now im considering UPR parts..i know some like them..some hate them, normal NON drag specific lowering springs with possible Strange adjustable shocks front and rear. It will be a fairly normal weight LX on drag radials. It will probably see 3-4 track days a month.

Just wanting some ideas and input. Thanks in adnavce from everyone.

Vince
