Friday nights track results

Finally got to the 1/4 mile friday evening. I'm pleased with the results but I still think the car will/should be quicker. Still footbraking, launching off idle, I ran a best of 11.36 @ 117.9 mph with a 1.57 60ft time. My new tires hook alot better, good enough that another problem has arisen. I marked the rim and tire, and noticed after the first pass that the rim had spun inside the tire about an inch, same for each pass. Only got three passes in, there was a bunch of cars, motorcycles, junior dragsters, and some guys trying to get their NHRA licenses, plus the occaisional "cleanup". The 1st pass was an 11.52 made a late 1-2 shift, 3rd pass was an 11.43 had a crappy burnout and my 60ft went to a 1.62. Gonna try to take some weight out of the car and change to a 4.10 gear, was only trapping at 5800 with the 3.73's.

Anything else I could try? How much could I stand to gain with a transbrake?

What is your tire pressure?

What is your pinion angle? Lower control arm bar angle?

What are your percentages front to back?

The transbrake will help, I would think your combo should be good for a mid low 1.40 60'.

tire pressure 10psi.

pinion angle about -1 1/2, spherical bearings all around.

lower control arm angle is stock.

front to back percentage unknown, haven't even been on the scales since before I added the 6 pt roll bar. It weighed 3020 w/ the iron headed 351W in it with me in the car before that.

About a 1/2 turn of preload in the right rear anti sway bar link. what video I have shows on launch the right rear barely going down and the left front slightly rising, nothing dramatic or violent. Car launches straight and is very stable throughout the whole pass. It does not seem to have any bog or hesitation on launch either.
