suspension noobie need some help

dont get mad at me lol i know all my ford buddys arent to happy with me lol. Power plant gm 5.3 vortech(basically iron blocked ls1 ) with a Borg Warner s475 hanging off the side of the exhaust. Im buy some 90 10s for the front. my car is a 4 cylinder car dont know if that makes a difference but ive heard running an anit sway bar really helps in launch and hooking. wher do i find one of these cant seem to find one. what springs should i run all the way around and what rear struts should i run. also this car should pull the wheels so what do i need to do with the torque boxes and what else would recommend? thanks sorry for the chevy power plant thing lol dont ban me. Thought it would be cheaper but its looking like the 351 route would have better and CHEAPER arghhhh.
