Finally Took the Car Out

I got everything done on the car and finally got some time in my schedule to take the car out for some first time passes with this new trans setup and rear coilovers setup.

My first pass (12.5lbs in rear tires):

My second pass: (10lbs in rear tire)

I was able to get 8 passes in today & no matter what I did I just could not get it to hook up. I adjusted all four corners, struts & shocks. The best pass was a 11.90 with 1.60 60ft spinning. Last year I was dead hooking (footbraking) cutting 1.58-1.63 running 11.87-11.99. So with it spinning it should run 11.6-11.7's. The DA during the passes I did today was from 2000-2500ft.

thanks, I still need more suspension work though. I'm thinking about going to a 95lb spring rate on the rear instead of 110lb.
