Yes, you're rear is off centered and out of whack. Since your lowers are not adjustable, you're going to have to work with the uppers to get it straightened back out.
Do you still have some stock upper control arms? If you do, then you take your uppers off one at a time with the rear end on stands, reset the length of them to stock length.
If they are double adjustable, ie you can adjust them while they are on the car, then you can put them back on and bring your pinion to where you want it on the car. Otherwise, it'll be a long process of removing the arm, shortening it one turn at a time, then reinstalling.
I was running a 28x9 on the 8" with 5.5BS wheel and when I had to put the 10.5s on the same wheel, they wouldn't fit. The passenger side was against the wheel well when I sucked the lugs down. I had to move the rear end way out with the uppers to try and move the tire out far enough to just be able to mount it. I hammered the crap out of the innner fender well as well.
