Question ET/MPH improvement with skinnies?

Just picked up a nice set of skinnies. They weigh 25lbs each. My 18" wheels just weighed in at a whopping 52.5lbs a piece! So with a 55lb lighter race weight(all off the front end for better weight transfer also!),and less rolling resistance, what do you think can be gained?

Maybe half a tenth or so. 60ft times should improve. Air them things up to about 40psi.
