Anyone here with a multiple tune chip JMS or autologic?

Mine is a JMS chip which is just an autologic chip with 3/4 programs. I need to know how to hook up the switch with the four wires coming out of the chip itself to the switch.

I have had this chip in my car for about 4 months now. Within the first month or two one of the wires just broke off while i was driving and shut down car at 45mph so that was really safe. The crappy fragile wire they use is so brittle that any movement breaks it right off the tabs of switch. I put the wire back where it looked to have broken off. I was wondering if anyone could tell me or have a picture of the correct connection on the back of the switch itself.

I have 4 wires on back.

If anyone can please help me.
