Anyone ever tried a TCI RV towing converter?

If so, did it improve fuel economy and make the truck pull better like the ad in Jegs says?

I put a B&M rv converter in my 1994 Bronco with a 302 and E40d tranny. I don't think it did anything for mileage, but it did help take off.
