Bolts Re-useable?

I'm FINALLY going to get to start wrenching
on my 95 Lightning motor -

Are the rod and main bolts re-useable
or are they the torque to yield, one time
use only things?

Thanks!

I don't know the answer, but I do know that as long as I have it apart I'd use ARP hardware where possible

head bolts are the only ones that are torque to yield

Thanks! I thought that was the case, but wasn't sure.

I'll definitely use ARP head bolts, and their studs and
rod bolts too IF it's "in the budget"!
