Question Roller cam in 94 L - How to..

Well... I did a search, and didn't come up with what I was looking for, so here we go.

Does anyone have a list, a how to guide to putting a roller cam in a 94 Lightning motor? It is currently setting with the stock flat tappet cam in it. I have a 302HO from a Mustang to pull parts from. And I'll possibly be putting an X303 cam in it.
So what parts do I need:

What parts will I pull from the valley of my 302HO?
What lifters should I go with? (stock 302HO? Summit P/N??)
What length push rods will I need? (P/N??)
Do they need to be hardened?
Anything else I need to know??

Thanks!
Dan

Have you tried a search on www.nloc.net? I'm sure you'll find something there.

(That is a cover for my ignorance!)

Well, you have to make sure you have a roller block first of all, it will be an F4TE block. Then, all you need are the spiders and the dogbone, not sure of the real names but its what you are looking at in the top of the 302. Then, all you need is stock 302HO lifters and I would recommend going with hardened pushrods if you buy new ones anyway. BTW, I haven't done it, but this is what I know about it, a few of the guys on nloc have done it so you may want to take some of their advice. Good luck!

The 5.0 cam will work fine with the speed density.
You need stock lifters from a mustang or other roller ford, the dogbones, and spyder retainer. The pushrods are 7.567 inch. Motorsport sells them... I forget the pn... there about 50 bucks, No they dont have to be hardened.

Are you running mass air? If not, you will probably need it for the X-303 cam.
