Question Computer Swap, Will This Work??

I have a 93 F150 with the 5.0 and E40D tranny. I want to use the Tweecer R/T for tuning but they do not support my EEC Processor. So I thought I could switch to the C3P2 or C3P3 processor from a First Gen Lightning, because they are supported by the Tweecer. I have to use one of these processors because they can control the E40D Tranny. Will this work, is is a simple swap one processor for the other? Will I have to change anything because of the Firing order of the 351 vs the 302 that is in my truck? Has anyone ever done anything like this?? Any help or advice would be great Thanks.

Jonathan

Hey Jonathan,
I don't know much about swaps like that. But I know who would Try Raymond B. at www.iwantperformance.net , I bought my eec-tuner from him and was very pleased with his service and support. - Brian

Guzzler, thanks for the info. I have already contacted him about the Tweecer and the swap. Hopefully I will hear back from him soon.

How do you like your Kenne Bell? The powerdyne I have currently is ok but it really lacks the low end torque that presses you into the seat. I have been thinking about trying to find a used 2.2 Blowzilla from a Lightning and modify it to work on my truck.
