Lightning Gas Pedal ???'s

I’ve recently swapped my 5.0 EFI in my 68 Bronco for a 5.8 EFI using a GT-40 lower and a Cobra upper and a SVT 70mm T.B., and several of my friends have done this similar conversion over the last several years, the most irritating issue we all seem to have is the throttle is to sensitive off the line or from a stop which is definitely not good for what we like to do, running rough roads and rock crawling.
So I’m trying to figure out what Ford did in the Lightning’s to see if they did anything to address this issue, so my questions are:
(1) What is the distance from the pivot point on the throttle pedal to where the cable attaches.
(2) What is the distance from the pivot to where the foot pedal attaches.
(3) What is the distance from the pivot point on the throttle body to where the throttle cable attaches.
And if anyone could take or has a picture of the throtlle pedal that would be great.
TIA, Francois.
