mass air conversion

I own a 1994 lightning, and I am looking to do some head and cam changes. First has anyone swapped to a mass air and how did it turn out. Secondly is it required to do a cam swap, I am not going to go wild just a little more aggressive. Last question, If I don't go this route, I was thinking about a supercharger, any help or comments are greatly appreciated.
