General info on '85 351 HO, please.

I have an '85 F150 step side with a 5.8 H0. I also have a set of aggressively ported E7's off my '87 5.0 Mustang. Would this be a good marriage? I know little about the 351 in my truck. Are the rockers pedestal on adjustable? I know it is not a roller motor. It is carbed and rated at 250 low rpm horsepower. It has an EGR on the back of the intake and the typical air injection tube running to the back of the heads. I have a feeling the heads are very restrictive -probably have 1.72 intake valves and 1.46 exhaust, right? Any info would be appreciated. It's about time to enhance performance. I have a die grinder and I am willing to use it. Compression ratio? Piston type?
