Hey guys just picked up a 94 White Lightning about a month ago. My goal is to have a truck that can handle and get down the 8th mile sub 9. Right now she's stock other than traction bars and 295 Hancooks and runs a 9.8 in the 8th. You guys have any suggestions???
Replace the shocks and all rubber suspension parts to start with the red rubber 'good stuff' to start because if yours is original, it'll be rotted. Had to do that on my white '94. Also check the rear leaf spring mounts, as they are often rusty messes. I'd do all that before any engine mods.
