I did an 89 bronco years ago and put in a 95 ho motor. i bought a motorsport mass air kit to do the swap. Im sure there are cheaper routes now if you do some 'net work. Ive seen people talk about swapping the proper mustang computer into the truck and adding the injector harness. Thats what the motorsport kit did but it was something like $600 bucks for the kit.

I just throw this out here. Just playing around tonight and did this search. I don't know how correct their info is, I know that the VEX1 EEC is not a mustang eec as a couple of people thought it was. I have just read a little on the Lightning MAF swap with a VEX1. I is used because of the E4OD support. What tranny do you have?

Do some searches on google. There are some Bronco forums that do swaps also, sorta the same a a truck.

Here's a little more info too.

These guys would know using their products, I'm sure there's probably a cheaper junkyard harness or pin swap solution but I just have no idea.

I've just focused on the 1st gen Lightning which is harder and more expensive I believe due to the E40D, wasn't a factory solution.

Might try the lightning club, there are a couple guys there that really know this stuff inside out. Fordfuelinjection.com used to have a lot of info on their site about conversions etc. not sure if its still around.
