1995 lightning

does any one know if the 95 lightning came with mass air and did they have a roller cam and lifters i know they have roller blocks any info would be helpful

As best as I've been able to figure out, some of the 93s did not have roller blocks either.

Some 93s did not have the roller blocks. Late 93s did, and all 94 and all 95s did. Easy way to tell is to check the block casting numbers near the starter. F0TE block of course is the earlier non-roller one, and the F4TE is the later roller block.

I've also seen an early 93 Block that was F0AE, I'm assuming not roller capable but the intake was still in place.

Correct. F0AE is non-roller also.
