Another what will it run. The 1st block is what I am running now and the 2nd block is what is being built at the machine shop right now. Just trying to figure out what it will run in the 1/8 mile and any guess about horsepower and compression ration. I do have a chance to get it dyno and am leaning more towards it just to learn what its putting out plus they will break in the motor for me.
71 mustang 100% drag only running 7.85 at the start of the year and 8.15 during the heat of the summer with the 1st motor..

If I caught everything it looks like you gained 40 cubes, 10 more degrees in lift, and a windage tray. I say 40 hp, unless I missed something like you had the heads done?

Just having the heads freshen up. just matched to the gasket. Plus gaining compression. Any suggestion on what compression is going to be? I have heard from 11-13:1.

I figured cubes alone about 40hp, then intake, cam, windage tray maybe another 15-20. I think your old piston is somewhere around 9.0to 9.5-1 your new piston about 11.0-1 one point in compression is about 3% so on a 400hp motor about 12hp so maybe another 20hp for the compression.
