Yes they will. You will have to buy bushings to fill in the 1/2" bolt hole(reduces it to 7/16") and you will still have to check ptv clearance.

Still on my 357 windsor(+.030 351). Looking to raise some cash. These are fast as cast heads- the 64 cc chambers are cnc finished however both intake & ex runners are cast aluminum.
